Sprouted green gram chat

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Sprouted Green Gram

1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped

1/4 Cup Carrot, Chopped

2-3 Spinach Leaves, finely Chopped

1 Tsp Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp Chat Masala

Salt as per taste


METHOD
  1. In a bowl, take sprouted green gram, to it add onion, carrot and spinach.
  2. Mix properly and add chilli powder, salt and chat masala. Mix.
  3. Garnish with spinach or coriander leaves and serve.
