INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Sprouted Green Gram
1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
1/4 Cup Carrot, Chopped
2-3 Spinach Leaves, finely Chopped
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
Salt as per taste
METHOD
- In a bowl, take sprouted green gram, to it add onion, carrot and spinach.
- Mix properly and add chilli powder, salt and chat masala. Mix.
- Garnish with spinach or coriander leaves and serve.
