Winter special – Mint pumpkin soup

Its the winter time👻 😊😊

We really look forward to having a hot bowl of soup in this chilly season, even though we are not much of soup lovers.

It’s the magic of winters, So Here is one sizzling soup recipe 😀 –

MINT PUMPKIN SOUP

Ingredients –

pumpkin cubes- 1 bowl

Mint leaves- 7-8

Butter- 1 tsp

Onion finely chopped- 1/2 cup

Milk- 1/4th cup

salt & black pepper powder.

Method-

Heat the butter in a pan.

Add onion in it. Saute it for 2-3 mins.

Add pumpkin cubes and mint leaves and sauté for a minute. Add salt & water in it.

Boil till the pumpkin is cooked.

Let it cool completely.

Blend this mixture in blender.

Add milk into this mixture & cook it for 2 mins.

Garnish it with fresh young mint leaves & serve hot.
