Bircher muesli

NUMBER OF SERVES 4 NOS

Ingredients :

  • Rolled Oats 6 tbsp
  • apple juice or any fruit juice of you choice 2 cups or any flavoured yogurt 200g (dilute with water for easy soaking of the oats)
  • Greek yogurt for topping 200g (50g for each serving)
  • Any seasonal fruit 1 bowl
METHOD :
  1. Soak the oats with the smoothie/or the fruit juice/yogurt overnight in the refrigerator or preferably for 4 hours.
  2. In a breakfast bowl add the overnight oats and top it with fruits of your choice and a dollop of greek yogurt (in case you soak the oats in yogurt do not add a dollop of greek yogurt)
