Here is another sizzling hot recipe for this chilly season which will make you feel warm and will be good for your health too !!!
LEMON CORIANDER SOUP
lemon juice- 5 tsp
chopped coriander- 1/2 cup
chopped spring onion- 1/4 cup
onion chopped (optional)- 1/2 no.
chopped carrot + cabbage- 1/4 cup
ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
gram flour (besan)- 1 tbsp
oil- 1 tsp
salt, sugar- as per taste
crushed black pepper
Heat oil in a sauce pan, add ginger garlic paste and onions. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add other vegetables and gram flour. Stir well and saute for 1 minute. add 2-3 cups of water
Boil for 5-6 minutes till the vegetables are cooked, then add coriander and black pepper in it.
add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Do not strain the veggies.
Serve hot with freshly squeezed lemon juice and chopped fresh coriander.
