- 1 cup dal chilla mix
- 1 tsp oil
- 1½ cup water
- Salt as per taste
- In a bowl take dal chilla mix, add water and mix properly, to get pouring consistency batter.
- Heat the pan and add a scoopful of batter, spread it evenly on pan.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges of chilla and cook on medium flame till the chilla looks crispy and brown.
- Flip the chilla and cook from other side for a minute.
- Similarly make chilla of remaining batter.
