Oats Utappa (Pancake)

PORTION SIZE – 2 small

INGREDIENTS –

Oats(powdered)- 1 tbsp

Semolina -2 tbsp

Curd- 1 tbsp

Onion-1 small , finely chopped

Carrot-1 small, grated

Green chilies – 2 no.s, finely chopped

Fresh coriander – 2-3 springs, finely chopped

Salt to taste

Oil – 1 tsp

Water

METHOD –

1.Add the powdered oat, semolina,yogurt,salt,water to a bowl with using enough water. Batter should be in a pouring consistency.

2.Add onion, carrot, green chili & coriander in a batter. Mix well.

3.Heat the non stick tava with little bit of oil.Spread the batter over it & let it cook from both sides.

4.serve hot with green chutney.
