Breakfast smoothie

INGREDIENTS –

Curd- 1 katori

Spinach – 2-3 leaves

Banana – 1 small

Apple – 1 small

Strawberry-2-3 no.s (optional)

Strawberry crush – 1 tbsp

Dates- 5-6 no.s (seedless)

METHOD –

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Blend this till gets smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.
  3. When you  are putting strawberry crush into smoothie, do not add dates.
