INGREDIENTS –
Puffed rice – 1 katori
Mixed dry fruits – 1/4 katori
Jaggery – 1 katori grated
Green cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Fresh unsalted butter – 2 tsp
PROCEDURE –
Heat fresh unsalted butter in a pan & add jaggery into it. Stir continuously until it gets smooth & shiny.
Turn off the heat, now add puffed rice, mixed dry fruits, green cardamom powder one by one. Mix well.
Transfer this mixture into a greased tray. Use wet hands to press puffed rice bar down to even out the surface.
Cut these sweet puffed rice bar into desired shapes to enjoy crunch at tea time.
