Ingredients
- 2 tbsp millet atta
- 1/3 cup skimmed milk
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp jaggery
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
- Now add millet atta and roast the mixture till it turns brown.
- Now add milk, jaggery and mixed nuts. Mix properly.
- Cover the pan can allow it to cook for 5-10 mins with occasional stirring.
- Now serve the porridge in bowl, you can garnish it with mix nuts.
