INGREDIENTS – 4 servings
Ripe mangoes – 2 no. Diced
Red bell pepper – 1 no. Diced
onion -1 no. chopped into cubes
Pineapple – 1 bowl Diced
Lime juice – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves -a few chopped
Green chilli – 2 no. finely chopped
salt to taste
garlic – 4 cloves finely chopped
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
PROCEDURE –
In a medium serving bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, pineapple,coriander and green chilli.
Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar, garlic & lime juice & mix well.
For seasoning add salt into it.
Serve chilled.
You can serve this with nachos.
