Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make efficient use of our resources.
2. Subscription Plans
If you are subscribed to any of our nutrition plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that any fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
1. Consultation Fees
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us at avanti@avantideshpande.com within 7 days of your appointment, and we will work with you to address your concerns or issue a refund.
2. Subscription Plans
For subscription plans, we do not offer refunds for fees paid for the current billing cycle. However, if you decide to cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for future billing cycles. Please contact us at avanti@avantideshpande.com to cancel your subscription.
